Terms & Conditions for jiya 9 Platform Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jiya 9 ("jiya 9", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jiya 9 online casino and sports betting services available at https://jiya-9.com and any associated mobile-optimised versions of the platform.

Deposit conditions:

Dormant accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no withdrawal, no wager). jiya 9 will send at least one notification to the registered email address before applying a dormancy fee. Dormancy fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the account balance on a monthly basis until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player logging in.

In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or human error that results in an incorrect game outcome, incorrect odds being displayed, or an erroneous payout being credited, jiya 9 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return the original stake amounts to the players involved. Winnings derived from a clearly erroneous outcome (for example, odds that are manifestly incorrect due to a data error) are not guaranteed and may be reversed at jiya 9's discretion after investigation.

Nothing in these Terms limits jiya 9's liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter where limitation of liability is prohibited by applicable law.
